Skyline is certainly not famous for their fries. That would be their chili and (probably) chili related products. The fries are hidden off in a corner of the menu that likely is rarely looked upon by people going there. But they exist, and so they shall be rated. And as it turns out, they’re pretty good. They’re a shoestring cut, but a fairly dense one, unlike Steak & Shake’s. So there’s not an overwhelming crispiness. A decent amount of skins on their edges, but that’s not a major selling point for these fries. Salting is very light, with no other seasonings. And the one negative is that there’s a bit of sogginess, if you remember the old Wendy’s fries, a bit like that, but not as pronounced or as severe. Price is $2.19
